  • What is your design process?

    My process begins with a consultation to understand your vision and goals. Then, I’ll create a few concepts for you to review and refine. Once approved, I’ll deliver the final design files in the formats you need.

  • How long does a project take?

    The timeline varies depending on the project scope. Smaller designs (like social media graphics) may take 1-3 days, while larger projects (like branding) may take 1-2 weeks. I’ll provide a clear timeline before we begin.

  • What kind of payment do you accept, and when is it due?

    I accept payments via online platforms like Venmo, or SquareSpace invoice, or HoneyBook. A 50% deposit is required to book your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • Can you create a logo for my business?

    Absolutely! I’ll work with you to create a logo that reflects your brand’s personality and values. You’ll receive all the necessary files for print and digital use.

  • What if I don’t like the design?

    My goal is to ensure you’re thrilled with the final product. I include up to two rounds of revisions in every project to perfect the design to your liking.

  • What file formats will I receive?

    You’ll receive your design files in commonly used formats like PNG, JPEG, PDF, and editable vector files (AI or EPS). Let me know if you need additional formats.

  • When will I receive my final photos?

    You’ll receive your edited photos within 72 hours after selecting your favorites. I aim to deliver fully edited, high-quality photos as quickly as possible while maintaining excellent results.

  • How will my photos be delivered?

    Your photos will be delivered via a private online gallery, complete with a password for secure access. You can download your images directly or share them with friends and family.

  • How many photos will I get?

    The number of photos depends on the package you select. After our session, you’ll receive an album of proofs to choose from.

  • What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?

    Don’t worry! I make sessions fun and relaxed by guiding you through poses and helping you feel confident. My goal is to capture your natural personality while keeping the session stress-free. Remember I am just starting out too, we will get through this together!

  • Can I use props or custom backdrops in my photos?

    Absolutely! I encourage creativity in photoshoots. Feel free to bring props or suggest custom backdrops. Let’s work together to create a unique vision for your session.

  • Can I use confetti or glitter in my photos?

    I do not allow glitter or confetti. However, I encourage alternatives like bubbles, flower petals, or other environmentally friendly options.

  • Is my deposit refundable?

    No, deposits are non-refundable as they secure your session date, time, and project. However, deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule.
